The Sabina Clubhouse opens – “the new place to be” on the Island
The Sabina Clubhouse and restaurant has opened its doors and will probably become “the new place to be” on Ibiza.
The Clubhouse is the gastronomic accompaniment to the Sabina project, a residential complex of replica breitling avenger ii ecological villas and brainchild of Anton Bilton, Glyn Hirsch and Agustin del Pino.
The ambitious project that has taken more than five years to see the light. Phase 1 was only concluded this summer 2020 and includes the construction of 13 villas , along with the restaurant and the rest of the complex’s infrastructures .
The Sabina Clubhouse is 2,100 m2 and has been designed by Rolf Blakstad , the Canadian architect based in Ibiza and passionate about the origins of Ibizan architecture. The interior design has cottoncandyvape.com been carried out by the prestigious designer Lázaro Rosa-Violán .
The team behind La Paloma , one of the island’s most authentic and beloved restaurants, is responsible for The Sabina Clubhouse. Its founder, Amit Segev, has carefully selected Executive Chef, Shahar Tamir , whose expertise includes the Noma restaurant in Copenhagen.
